The hotel staff was generally helpful . It is also worth noting the hotel offers convenient access to nearby facilities.
The noise insulation was a significant problem. The room had a large window that did not block outside noise effectively. Music from a nearby hotel was clearly audible and interfered with sleep.

My room was clean and quite spacious. breakfast had a lot of different choices, which i appreciated. the staff were friendly and helpful. I was grateful for their assistance.
The pool was very small. It felt more like a courtyard garden. the hotel seemed to prioritize charging for everything immediately instead of allowing charges to be put on the room. the advertised guest list entry to pacha was not available initially due to a change in management.

I found the staff provided genuinely attentive service. I was upgraded unexpectedly to a suite upon arrival. The location was a short walk to both Talamanca beach and the main shops. The shower in my room was very clean, a great wet room.
The elevator felt a little slow sometimes.

the suite felt spacious. i appreciated the upgraded room i received at check-in, with cava awaiting my arrival. breakfast offered such variety, and everything tasted so fresh. a lovely gift bag provided nice extras.
the hotel bed provided only two pillows, and they felt quite hard. i would have hoped for more comfortable bedding, especially at this price point. i feel that improvements in pillow quality would enhance the stay.
